今回はコードレスインパクトレンチ2機種を使った作業をリノベーション現場からご紹介します。
まずはGDS18V-330HCです。こちらは最大締付トルク330N・mのハイパワーながら、バッテリー込みで1.8kg(5.0Ahバッテリー装着時)という軽量コンパクトモデル。鉄骨のボルト締めにもしっかり対応、狭い場所でも作業ができました。
次にGDS18V-450HCです。 ハイパワー最大締付トルク450N・mで軽量2.2kg(5.0Ahバッテリー装着時)！ パワフルになるほど重さは増えてしまいますが、これくらいなら幅広い現場で使えますね。写真の通リ、建物の構造上重要な大きなサイズのボルトナットにもしっかり対応します。(普通ボルトM20まで)
両機種ともに、パワフルで軽量なだけでなく、ボッシュが誇る便利なシャットオフアフタータイム・オートシャットオフなど機能満載です。写真のような高所作業中にボルトナットを落とすといったアクシデントを防ぐ機能は、安全に作業を進めるためには大事です。もちろんこの製品もボッシュコネクト機能対応ですのでスマホと繋げて、より自分好みに各設定を調整できます。指先でのスイッチ微調整だけに頼らない最適な設定機能により、不安定で狭い場所でも安全で正確な作業を実現します。
Powerful and easy-to-use line-up cordless impact wrenches GDS18V-330HC & GDS18V-450HC
We introduce the work using two cordless impact wrenches from the renovation site.
The first is the GDS18V-330HC. This lightweight compact model has a high power with a maximum tightening torque of 330N/m, but with a battery included, it is only 1.8kg (with a 5.0Ah battery). It also worked well with the bolting of the steel frame, so it was easy to work in tight spaces.
Next is the GDS18V-450HC. This is powerful as maximum 450Nm tightening and light weight of 2.2kg (with 5.0Ah battery)! Generally, the more powerful it gets, the more weight it gets. This size, on the other hand, can be used in a wide range of fields. It also works well with large bolt nuts, which are important to the construction of the building. (Up to standard bolts M20)
Both models are not only powerful and lightweight, but also packed with features such as Bosch‘s convenient “shut-off after-time” and “auto-shut-off”. The ability to prevent accidents, such as removing bolt nuts at high working place, is important for safe operation. Of course, this product also supports Bosch Connect, so you can connect it to your smartphone and adjust each setting as you wish. The optimum settings that don't rely on just fine-tuning the switch at your fingertips ensure safe and accurate work in unstable and tight space.
