前回X-LOCKディスクグラインダーで古材の再利用の準備を行いましたが、もっと丁寧に綺麗に仕上げを行いたい木材がありました。新潟の古民家から譲られたという見事な梁！ 長さ15m位あるでしょうか。これはラガーさんの古民家リノベーションでも主役級に目立ちそうですね。
こちらをコード式ランダムアクションサンダーGEX40-150と、コードレスのGEX18V-125で汚れ等を落とします。
広い面は簡単に終わらない作業ですが、GEX40-150の超低振動が手のしびれも大幅に低減してくれます。
吸じん用穴が71個もあるマルチホールパッドを装備、パッドの全面で粉じんを吸いながらサンディングできます。網状のネットサンディングディスク(150mm用)との組み合わせは抜群との評価。吸じん効率を落とさないボッシュのマイクロフィルターとの相乗効果で仕上がりも上々でした。ダイヤル式無段変速機能付きですから、状況に合わせて最適に作業できます。
狭い所やコードが邪魔になる場所はやはりコードレス。GEX18V-125はパワフルながらも片手で使えるコンパクトさ(ラガーさんの手が大きいのを差し引いても！)が好評でした。ラガーさんもたくさんお持ちのボッシュプロフェッショナル18Vバッテリーで使えます。こちらも色々な場所で必需品になりそうです。

The last time, we prepared the X-lock angle grinder to prepare for the reuse of old woods, there was a wood that we wanted to finish more carefully and with a cleaner surface finishing.It is a nice beam that were passed on from an old house in Niigata! Coded random orbit sander GEX40-150 and a cordless GEX18V-125 were selected to remove dirt. The wide surface is a big task to finish, but the ultra-low vibration of the GEX40-150 greatly reduces hand numbness.
Equipped with a multi-hole pad with 71 holes for dust absorption, you can sand while sucking dust from the entire surface of the pad. The combination with the net sanding disc (for 150mm) and GEX40-150 is evaluated as outstanding.
The result was excellent because of the synergistic effect of Bosch Micro Filter System , which does not reduce the efficiency of the suction. Also, the dial-type variable-speed function allows the operator to work optimally in the situation.
When working tight spaces and where the cord gets in the way, cordless random orbit sander come to the best choice. Mr.Rager enjoyed GEX18V-125 for its powerful yet compact size that can be used with one hand (even if his hands are large!) It is fully compatible with Mr.Rager’s Bosch Professional 18V batteries. GEX18V-125 is also likely to be a necessity in many places.
