リノベーション現場では、困難な場所での作業を余儀なくされることが頻繁にあります。 ラガーさんのリノベーション現場においても、狭い場所でコンクリートに穴を開ける必要がありました。 今回ラガーさんには、困難な狭い場所でのコンクリート穴あけ作業を手助けするSDSプラスハンマードリル用アングルヘッドSDS-AH/3を使っていただきました。 アングルヘッドを使用することで、狭い場所でも対象物に対して正確な穴あけが可能になります。 全長110mmの短いビットを利用するとさらに効果的です。
市場において、回転運動のみのアングルドリルは以前から開発されていましたが、回転と打撃を同時に伝達するコンクリート用のものは存在しませんでした。 特にハンマードリルのように強力な打撃力を90°曲げて伝達するというのは技術的に困難なものだったのです。しかしボッシュの高度な技術により、ハンマードリル用アングルヘッドの開発に成功。ついに狭い場所でのコンクリートの穴あけを可能にしました。
Angle Drill Head enables drilling in tight spaces
In a renovation site, you are often forced to work in difficult places such as tight spaces. At Mr.Rager’s renovation site, he also need to drill concrete wall in very tight space.
In this time, he used SDS plus hammer drill angle head, SDS-AH/3, to drill concrete wall in the tight space. The angle head allows to have precise drilling in even the tight spaces. Using a 110mm short bit is even more effective.
There were rotate angle drills in the market before, but there is no tool that suit both rotate and strike to drill concrete. It was technically difficult to implement striking force with a 90° bended situation, however, Bosch developed an angle head for hammer drilling concrete.
There is no limit with Bosch advanced technology.
